So TMZ is reporting that Britney is back to her pre-crazy bikini body.
And I gotta admit, she's looking pretty awesome.
But I've thought she was back ever since she posted those dance rehearsal pictures at Britney.com
We know Britney has been working out with a personal trainer when she's not touring, and that hours of dancing take care of her when she's on tour.
We also know that the big huge transformation point in Britney's bikini body was the food.
In terms of recent transformations, I was actually more impressed with the pictures of her boyfriend.
That dude was looking kinda soft and round not too long ago, and now he's clearly ripped.
No magic there, we know that Britney got Jason a personal trainer and that he's on the same food delivery service that she uses.
And if there is one major advantage that celebrities have in the food department – it's that they don't have to think about it – they can just have it delivered.
There's nothing better than to just take the guesswork out of it.
And it's pretty freakin easy to have someone just bring it to you.
