This is an alternate strength program for after the 1,000 Calorie Challenge. I rotate my clients between progressive interval systems (like The 1,000 Calorie Challenge) and progressive strength workouts (like Dumbbell Workouts for a Tight Lean Body) on a monthly basis.
This workout also includes my super famous 10 Point Everything You Need To Focus On Fat Loss Score. Seriously, it boils down everything you need to do for effective fat loss to 10 points. And the point system is weighted so that you have to focus on what's most important for fat loss to get a good score.
